Home and Community Based Services

Spectrum Medical, in partnership with the Human Resource Development Council, is providing case management services under the Home and Community Based Services Program. The Case Management Team, consisting of nurses and social workers, cover a four county area. (Madison, Gallatin, Park and Meagher.) The Case Management Team is located with the Human Resource Development Council in Bozeman.
