Patients rights and responsibilities

Upon receipt of equipment from Spectrum Medical, every patient is given a packet with pertinent information regarding his/her rights and responsibilities. A patient is also entitled to the following information:

• Instruction on all aspects of the equipment or services provided
• Routine and Emergency Services
• Equipment Charges for purchases/rentals
• Personal Items that are non-returnable
